Quick help

Use the same Food diary account on the website and in ChatGPT.
Forgot your password? Request a reset from the sign-in form.
ChatGPT asks to reconnect? Open Food diary in ChatGPT and select Connect.
Join links work once, for 30 minutes. Ask in chat for a new one.
Missing an entry? Check its date in ChatGPT.
Manage connections or delete your data in Settings. Uninstalling the plugin keeps your data.
